Hello Brad here. I totally underestimated Ask Synapptic because I thought it was just like ChatBot, but unlike ChatBot, that is only knowledgeable up to a few years back, Ask Synapptic is a real-time search engine. It's good for seeing what's on at theatres and cinemas and things like that, which is amazing. As for VisionBot, it is astounding. I put it through a good test yesterday in town, and VisionBot read to me the electronic bus time display at the bus shelter, letting me know what bus is next and at what time etc. Brilliant! It told me the name of the shop I was stood outside of and read all the posters in the window, and when I was in the shop it told me what was on the shelf. It is very much quicker and easier than Be My Eyes. So thank you so much for the last updates you gave us, because the two apps VisionBot and Ask Synapptic are astoundingly wonderful. Thank you for making being blind so much easier. I think you are all doing an amazing job at what you do. Thank you so very much.

I have now had my new phone for a few weeks and want to say how tremendously impressed I have been by Synapptic. Everything has been excellent - brochure, website, video demonstrations, advice and help before and after purchase, prices, accessories and the user manual. It has been so much easier dealing with a small, friendly British company like Synapptic than struggling with a faceless large corporation! A tremendous amount of thought and care has gone into the special features and how they’re presented in a clear and logical way. Just thought I’d share again how much I love this AI helper feature in the new Version 10! I’m using it everywhere now in Synapptic, Calendar, Emails, Contacts, Text Messages, Notes etc. This is going to completely transform the way Synapptic is used. It’s now so good, I’m now using Synapptic for all my business and work related tasks and I don’t think I’ve ever been so productive and got things done so quickly. Great work and can’t wait to see what’s next!

I have been using my Synapptic phone for a couple of months now and I love it. Synapptic software has opened up a whole new world to me. I am now even exploring taking photos with the camera. Just think - 6 months ago I could not even do text messages let alone think about attaching photos! I hope everyone else is getting as much pleasure from their Synapptic phone as I am.
