Once we have received your order, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. We’ll always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so sometimes it may arrive before this time. (Orders for Software are usually emailed on the same or next working day).
You’ll be able to track your order once it has been processed and passed to our couriers. In order to do this, we’ll need to take your email address or mobile number, when you place your order.
We use DHL as our courier service. They will contact you the day before it is due to arrive, to give you a one-hour slot. If this slot is not convenient for you, you’ll be able to contact them directly to rearrange the slot you have been allocated.
Occasionally, if you live in a remote area of the UK, we’ll send your order by Special Delivery through Royal Mail. You will still be able to track your order, but you won’t be given a specific delivery slot on a particular day. Usually you will receive your order on the next business day before 1pm.
