We’re delighted to announce that Synapptic has won another award, this time from the Northeast-based charity Sight Service. The award recognised the excellent customer service that Synapptic strives to offer to all its customers, throughout the UK.

The award was presented on Thursday 12th October 2017, at a gala dinner hosted in the Bradbury Centre, which is the charity’s new home and provides excellent facilities for local blind and visually impaired people and their families. The dinner was attended by members of the charity, trustees, friends and volunteers, to celebrate the contribution of both organizations and individuals who support its work.

Synapptic was nominated in the category of ‘Organisation Award’ which was for nominees who had, ‘…gone that extra mile to make their organisation/service accessible to people who are visually impaired and demonstrated the use of good practice for people living with sight loss.’ Synapptic’s Managing Director, Mary McMahon and its Technical Director, Adrian Sach, were there to accept the award on behalf of Synapptic.

Mary later commented on the award, saying, ‘Synapptic has always been proud of the excellent level of customer service we provide to all of our customers. We have years of experience in this industry and believe that this helps us to ensure our service is fully accessible for anyone with sight loss. It’s an honour to receive this award in acknowledgement of that.’
