I have now had my new phone for a few weeks and want to say how tremendously impressed I have been by Synapptic. Everything has been excellent - brochure, website, video demonstrations, advice and help before and after purchase, prices, accessories and the user manual.
It has been so much easier dealing with a small, friendly British company like Synapptic than struggling with a faceless large corporation! A tremendous amount of thought and care has gone into the special features and how they’re presented in a clear and logical way.
Synapptic is providing a wonderful service for people with visual impairments, and I am recommending you enthusiastically to friends. Thank you for all you have done!

Just thought I’d share again how much I love this AI helper feature in the new Version 10!
I’m using it everywhere now in Synapptic, Calendar, Emails, Contacts, Text Messages, Notes etc. This is going to completely transform the way Synapptic is used. It’s now so good, I’m now using Synapptic for all my business and work related tasks and I don’t think I’ve ever been so productive and got things done so quickly.
Great work and can’t wait to see what’s next!

I have been using my Synapptic phone for a couple of months now and I love it. Synapptic software has opened up a whole new world to me. I am now even exploring taking photos with the camera. Just think - 6 months ago I could not even do text messages let alone think about attaching photos! I hope everyone else is getting as much pleasure from their Synapptic phone as I am.
